The Copenhagen show on November 5 has been moved from Pumpehuset to Amager Bio. Also playing at this show will be Danish Metallica tribute band Metallic Jam. Tickets for Pumpehuset will not be valid for Amager Bio, but complete refunds will be paid through Billetlugen. Tickets for the Amager Bio show can now be purchased through Billetnet at a cheaper price!

After originally entering the Finnish DVD charts at #8, Forging The Land Of Thousand Lakes climbed to the top a week later and continues at number 1 in its third chart week. Other current chart positions are #33 in England and #46 in Germany.

On the occasion of the DVD release party in Helsinki on July 6, Amorphis were awarded gold records for Skyforger, which so far has sold more than 15,000 copies in Finland.

Earlier this year, the band also received gold certification for the 2003 album Far From The Sun.

The release party for Forging The Land Of Thousand Lakes will be held at Cinema Andorra in Helsinki (Eerikinkatu 11) on Tuesday, July 6 at 7 pm. Tickets are available from Levykauppa X (Arkadiankatu 14, Helsinki). Included in the ticket price (35 €) is a Special Edition DVD package signed by the whole band.

On the previously announced Forging Europe Tour 2010 in November, Amorphis will be supported by Ghost Brigade (FI) and Orphaned Land (IL). Please note that Ghost Brigade will not play at the first two shows in Denmark but join the tour on November 7 in Hamburg. All dates are listed on the Tour Page.

Forging The Land Of Thousand Lakes is now available for pre-order from the Amorphis Webshop. Besides the regular and the Deluxe DVD, the Webshop also offers a special package containing the limited Deluxe Edition and an exclusive T-shirt (classic or girlie).
